The children’s book Kattkriget (The Cat War), written by Ebba Berg and published by Speja förlag, is a story about owning and conflict. In illustrating this fun and action-filled story on a serious subject, I chose to create characters with clothes inspired by war uniforms from all parts of the world and from different eras in our history. You can spot clothing from Vikings, Mongols, Aztecs, and British air soldiers.
