Hanami

Poster illustration for the movie Hanami, by Denise Fernandes. I took inspiration from the movie’s poetic and honest ways and the deep feeling of saudade that lingered with me long after seeing the movie. Hanami that takes place in Cabo Verde, the birth country of my dad and it was a big honor and an emotional experience to illustrate the movie poster for the Swedish release.
